International Orders

DHL is our global courier service provider.
Please allow 10 - 14 working days for order processing and 10 working days for delivery.
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other related fees.

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
If you're not happy with your purchase and would like an exchange, please get in touch with us within two weeks of delivery.
There is a shipping fee of R90 for exchanges.
